Chapter 45: I Don't Want You To Be Alone With Him

It's only been over night that I'm completely healed and I feel great. I guess it helped that Rudra was giving me blood every hour on the hour like clock work. He never left my side since I've woken up. My poor swamp beast kept on apologising constantly for not saving me sooner and I keep assuring him that it's ok and it wasn't his fault. The only person to blame is Raiden. If she hasn't of left the carriage then I wouldn't got injured in the first place. I swear to goddess if I see that b***h, I'll punch her in the face for leaving me with the troll. Just think about it makes my blood boil.

Alpha Johnson assured me that Raiden will be punished but it had to be after her birthday because the elder councils will be there, so in the meantime she was confined in her room and only let out for meal times. I was lived. I wanted to her to be punished now but I had to wait. Speaking of alpha Johnson, there's something about him that can't put my finger on. When I was unconscious I felt his present. I felt his warmth and it felt like he was in my mind. Was he in my mind? I wasn't sure; maybe I'm being paranoid.

I was walking down the hallway, enjoying the quiet. It was peaceful. I stop by the window and notice there were horses roaming round, freely in the field in the distance. I wonder I could do some horse riding here. I asked Rudra cause I don't feel comfortable asking alpha Johnson and being alone with him.

I was so in gross of watching the horses that I didn't notice a present was behind.

"What are you looking at?" Someone whispered behind me that made me jumped. I turned round to see who it was and it was alpha Johnson. Great. I don't want to be alone with him.

"Alpha Johnson, you scared me half to death" I gasped while trying to catch me breath. He chuckled to my reaction.

"I'm sorry my dear. I didn't mean to scare you" he said apologetic.

"It's ok" I said trying to calm my nerves.

"What were you looking at?" he asked.

"What?"

"What are you looking at?" Alpha Johnson repeated. He was standing next to me and looking out of the window.

"Oh! I was looking at the horses" I replied. He took a step closer to me and I took step back. Trying to have some space between us.

"Hmmm.They are beautiful creatures. Don't you think?" He hummed.

"Yes they are" I replied nervously. Looking at the window, trying to avoid eye contact with alpha Johnson. In the corner of my eye I noticed that he was staring at me. His eyes was boring into my soul. I felt very uncomfortable.

"Would you like to go horse riding with me sometime? I can even show you around my pack" He asked kindly.

"No thank you, alpha Johnson. I don't want to trouble you" trying to declined his offer delicately as I could with offending him.

"There's no trouble really. You're my guess and I wouldn't be a good host now if I don't show you around this place" he said calmly.

"And call me Johnson or John for short. I think we're close enough without formalities, Rani" he added.

"I guess so" I said. Feeling nervous around him now. How am I going to get out of this conversation without defending him. He took a step closer to me and put a strand of my hair and tucked it behind my ear. I went stiff as a statue. I was frozen on the spot but luckily I saw Rudra strolling towards me. Thank goodness. He can take me away from alpha Johnson.

"What would you say?" I asked stunned.

"Say about what?" I asked nervously.

"The horse riding with me, of course" he reminding me. At this point Rudra was now a few steps away and he looked humacidle.

"The only horse riding she'll be doing is with me and only me" Rudra growled. Alpha Johnson froze on the spot. He turned around to face Rudra.

"Prince Rudra, I didn't see you there" alpha Johnson laughed nervously. Rubbing the back of his neck and taking a step back away from me. Rudra just glared at him. He pulled me away from alpha Johnson and put his hand on my waist possessivly. I gladly accepted it.

"If my Rani wants to go horse riding then I'll take her, not you" he said possessivly.

"Of course prince Rudra. I was just trying to be a good host" alpha Johnson said respectfully and laughing nervously.

"Now if you don't mind. I want to have some quality time with my pretty little demon" Rudra stated. Not giving him a chance to reply, Rudra took my hand pulled me away from alpha Johnson without a second glance. Rudra brought me to our guest room and went to the balcony.

"Are you ok, my love?" Rudra asked. Looking worried and cupping my face.

"Yes, I am now. Thanks for asking" I replied, giving him a assuring smile.

"Good cause sense that you were feeling uncomfortable and nervous" he said sincerely.

"Oh ok. I didn't know you could do that" I said amazed. His face soften.

"I'm full of surprises, my pretty little demon" Rudra smirked. I raise a brow at him. He's full of himself that for sure.

"I don't want you being alone with alpha Johnson" Rudra said seriously.

"Ok"

"I mean it Rani, don't be alone with him"

"Ok, I won't" agreeing with him.

"I don't trust him Rani" Rudra continued.

"And I don't want you to argue with me" he said sternly.

"I agree" I said truthfully. However, I don't think Rudra heard me cause he kept on rambling on. For a guy he doesn't like to communicate, he's talking a help of a lot.

"I know you think I'm being too possessive and over protective but I really don't trust the guy, Rani" he continued rambling on. For goddess sake, I need him to stop talking. He's not even listening to me.

"RUDRA" I snapped at him. He stop rambling and looked at me guilty.

"Didn't you hear me?"I asked with a annoyance in my voice.

"What did you say?" He asked embarrassed.

"I was agreeing with you. I don't trust him either"

"You don't?" Looking at me suspiciously.

"Nope. There's something about him that makes me uneasy" I said honestly.

"So you don't trust him either?"

"Nope"

"Really?" He asked in disbelief.

"Yes" I assured him.

"And you're not messing with me?" Rudra questioned. Eyeing me to see if I'm lying or not.

"Nope" I answered truthfully.

"Ok good cause for now on you will be with me all the time" he said seriously. I nodded for understanding.

"I'm ok with that swamp beast" agreeing with him. He seemed satisfied with that and gave me a kiss on the forehead and nuzzled my nose. I nuzzled back.

Rudra picked me up and put me on railings. He hold me firm on my waist so I don't fall over. I wrap my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck. He started kissing me; gently and soft at first then it went more deeper and harder. He was kissing me possessivly and I loved it. He slide his tongue along my lips, asking for access and granted it. He snaked in his tongue in my mouth. Exploring every inch. I moaned making Rudra growl seductively.

Rudra then started kissing along my jaw and work his way down to my neck. He started sacking on it, hard.

"Mmm swamp beast that feels good" I moaned out.

"Good. I want you to feel good" he whispered as he caressing my waist and down to my thigh, at the sametime making sure I'm firmly in place. I tilted my head back to give him better access on my neck.

"This is where I'll leave my mark on you" he stated. Kissing my marking spot. Rudra's hand slide up, slowly up my thigh until he reaches my underwear. I was already wet from Rudra's touch. He was teasing my clit through my underwear. I gasped; realising that we were on the balcony where people can see and hear us. I stopped him. He looked at me worried.

"What's wrong? Am I too rough, my pretty little demon" Rudra asked. Concern in his voice. I shook my head.

"No it's not that" I said simply. He looked at me confused.

"Then what is it, my love? What ever it is, I fix it" he said sincerely.

"We can't make out up here. What if people can see and hear us?" I said, feeling embarrassed. He just snorted.

"Is that it? I thought it was something serious" he said in relief. I frowned.

"It is serious. I don't want people hearing us" I said seriously. Rudra just laughed roarsomely. I quickly covered his mouth. He was being too load. How can he find this funny? Doesn't he realise this is embarrassing for me?

"It's not funny, Rudra. I'm being serious" I hissed at him. He licked my palm. I removed it straight away. Feeling grossed out.

"Eww Rudra. That was disgusting. Why did do that?" I asked as I wiped his saliva on his shirt.

"Cause I wanted you to move your hand from covering my mouth and it is a little funny" he said amused. I huffed.

"You could of remove it with your hand" I mumbled. He just gave me a amusing look. Asshole.

"And so what if people hear us. Let them. Then they would know that you're mine and you belong to me as I belong to you" he said bluntly. I just gave him a pain look. I wasn't mused with that. I looked away from him. He signed. He grabbed my chin so that I can look at him.

"I'm sorry, my love. I didn't mean to laugh at you. If it's makes you uncomfortable then we won't do it here" he said apologetically and sincerely.

"Thank you" I said softly to him. Giving him a small smile.

"You don't need to thank me, my love. Just know that I would never want you to feel uncomfortable. If you don't like what I'm doing then tell me and I'll stop immediately" he said sincerely and looking at me dead in the eye to let me know that he ment every word.

"Ok. I will" I promised me. He gave me a warm smile.

"Now can we kiss up and make up now? I'm already suffering from withdrawal" he teased. I couldn't help but laugh.

"You're too adorable" he cooed and giving me butterflies kisses all over my face and licked my scar. He carried me over his shoulder. I gasped.

"Rudra" I shrieked.

"Rani" he replied playfully.

"Put me down" I demanded.

"As you wish beautiful" he obliged and dropped me on the bed which made me bounce a bit. He smirked. He did that on purpose. I glared at him.

"What? You said to put you down, so I did" he said and looking at me innocently. I grumbled which made him chuckled. He's a pain in the ass. Rudra was about to climb on me when there was a knock at the door. He grumbled which made me snort. Now it was his turn glare at me. I gave him a innocent smile. Blinking my eyes for good measure. He just rolled his eyes at me. There was another knock at the door.

"What?" Rudra snapped impatiently.

"Dinner is served in the dining hall, your majesty" a servant informed him respectfully.

"I'll have my dinner here with my future wife" he grumbled.

"I'm afraid I can't do that. The king and queen insisted strongly that you join them with alpha Johnson and luna Mary with their daughter Raiden" they said politely. Rudra cursed under his breath.

"Fine. Tell them we'll join them soon" he said dismissively.

"Of course your majesty" they replied respectfully and left. Rudra signed. He looked at me apologetically.

"We better go or I'll never here the end of it" he said defeated.

"Ok" I replied. He nodded. He took my hand and we head to the dining hall. I just hope the dinner goes smoothly. I girl can only hope, right?
