Raiden
"Are you ready to tell me where's Marco is?" They asked impatiently.
"Yes, I tell you where he is" my mother said tiredly.
"Well in your time. It's not like we have all day" they said sarcastically. I glared at them.
"Give my mother a minute will you? She's need to recover what she's been through" I growled.
"She doesn't have the need to recover if she just told Rani where's her friend is in the first place" Rudra growled.
"ENOUGH" my father yelled. Everyone was silent.
"This is not going anywhere if we keep arguing " he stated. He then turned to my mother.
"Why don't you take your time and tell them where their friend his, my love?" My father asked calmly. Giving her a kiss on the temple. My mother nodded and took a deep breath.
"His with some pack. I don't know where? or what pack he is in?" my mother said sheepishly. Everyone was silent.
"What do you mean you don't know where or what pack he is in" they asked slowly.
"well I don't actually know who took him?" Mother said nervously.
"What?"
"I don't know where he is?"
"What?" They repeated
"I don't know who took him?"
"What?" They repeated again in disbelief. My father just stared at my mother with confusion. I just stared at her. How can she not know where he is? Is she crazy? She was suffering for nothing.
"You must know some idea where he is, my love?" My father asked concerning.
"I have no idea where he is" my mother said apologetically.
"Then how do you know if he was taken?" I questioned. Worried that she'll get herself killed.
"So you're telling me that all this time you don't know where's Marco is?" They asked dangerously. Darkness slipping out of them. I was getting nervous for my mother and so was my father. He had a fearful look on his face. He hold her protectively, afraid to loose her like she'll be taken away from him at any moment.
"HOW THE HELL DO YOU NOT KNOW WHERE HE IS?" Rudra boomed. My mother shrugged nervously.
"SO YOU WASTED EVERYONE TIME FOR NOTHING? ARE YOU f*****g STUPID OR INSANE?" Rudra yelled. His eyes turning red.
"You been tortured and suffering for nothing?" My father said remorsefully. He looked disappointed. My mother looked away in shame. We heard a scream behind us. We all looked over and saw that the king was shaking. Black liquid dripping out of his mouth, nose, eyes and ears. There was foam at both corners of his mouth. Rudra and Rani's demon looked like they just realise he was even here. Rani's demon walked over to him. They hover their hand over his face and then they pulled the darkness out of his mouth. The king stopped shaking and the blackness faded away from his face. They absorbed the darkness into their hand. Once they were satisfied that the king is stabled enough, they walked back and stood next to Rudra.
"So you're saying that you no any idea where's Marco is? At all?" They asked. Mother shook her head.
"And all your threat was empty? You were bluffing all this this time?" They asked calmly. Too calmly for my liking. Me and my father exchanged looks. We were scared of the consequences that my mother got into herself. Afraid what they would do to her.
"Do you know who they are atleast?"
"Who? The people who took your friend?"
"No, the pet dog. Of course the people who took Marco, who else? Dimwit" they snapped with a sarcastic tone. Mother flinched. My father took a protective stance next to her and pushed her behind him gently.
"No, I'm afraid not"
"Then how did my you know he was missing?"
"I've been told" my mother said simple.
"Who told you" they asked.
"Some shifters in town" my mother stated.
"When was you told this?" They questioned.
"A few days ago" she replied. There was silence around us. They just stared at my mother with a blank expression on their face. It was hard tell what they were thinking. Every second was agony of waiting to what they would do. Then suddenly they grabbed my mother by the neck, pushed my father out of the way at the same time. Squeezing her throat extremely tight. My mother was struggling to breathe. Wiggling about and trying to loosen their grip.
"ALL THIS TIME YOU MADE ME THINK THAT YOU HAD HIM BUT IT WAS ALL A LIE" they roared with humacidle in their voice. Their flames were getting wild and violent. Their flames became darker. Darkness started to work they way up to my mother. I was petrified for my mother. My father was horror-striken. He was as white as a ghost. Rudra however, was in his glee. He was looking at them in awe and pride. He was enjoying the show. That bastard.
"Can't you control your demon? They going to kill my mother" I yelled at him. He glaze over to his precious demon, then my mother and then me.
"Why should I? It is what you're mother deserves to what she put my pretty little demon through" he said like it was nothing and shrugging. Not showing any remorse what so ever.
"She's going to be your mother-in-law. Don't you have any remorse?" I questioned.
"Not when it's becomes to you and your family no" he stated bluntly. I was utterly shocked to what he just said.
"How can you be so heartless and cruel? We've ment to be united front for the people" I said in disbelief.
"Easily really" he responded casually, like it's not a big deal. My hand was in a fist with do much frustration. Rudra is a real asshole and yet we're ment to be married.
"WHY DID MAKE ME BELIEVE THAT YOU HAD HIM?" They roared. My mother was trembling. Her face was drenched in sweat and tears. She was sobbing mess. She couldn't answer by how their hand was choking her.
"HOW IS SHE GOING TO ANSWER IF YOU STRANGLING HER? I bellowed.
"DON'T YOU DARE YELL AT THEM" Rudra shouted viciously.
"OH SHUT THE f**k UP RUDRA. NO ONE IS TALKING TO YOU. I'M TALKING TO THE DEMON" I shouted back just as vicious. Rudra growled at me. I growled back at him. He's eyes turning red. Rani's demon wasn't paying any attention to us. They were focusing on my mother but they did loosen their grip a little.
"ANSWER ME" they bellowed in a commanding tone and shaking her at the same time.
"I j-jjust wanted y-yyou to f-ffeel v-vulnerable and h-helpl-less. I w-wwanted you t-to feel t-truely a-alone. E-eespecially as you g-got a-attacked and w-was i-isolated" my mother struggled out. Rani's demon was searching her face. Looking for something, then their eyes went wide.
"Was you responsible for my attack? Did you send those wolves to kill me?" They asked suspiciously. My mother didn't say anything. Rudra looked homicidal.
"ANSWER THEM" he roared.
"Well? I'm waiting" they said impatiently.
"Not completely" my mother answered.
"What you mean not completely?" They asked confused.
"The shifters, that I ment few days ago, asked where you'll be and I told them. They said they wanted you" she explained.
"Why did they wanted me? What do you get out of this?" They questioned.
"I didn't care enough to ask and I wanted to get rid of you for good of course. What else?" My mother said like it was obvious. Is my mother trying to get herself killed. Rani's demon was shaking with fury. I felt a powerful aura radiating from them they were murderous. They done load, screeching roar. It was ear piecing. I had to cover my ears and everyone fell to their knees except for Rudra. How comes he's not affected by this powerful aura? I wonder.
"You'll be paying for your sins. Your fate is sealed" they hissed. The next thing I knew, the sky was blood red. Dark clouds was forming. The wind was fierce and powerful that it was hard to stand. A storm was brewing and there was lightning. The ground started to shake and started to split in half. I could honestly say that I was truly petrified now. I never knew they were this powerful. My father was trying to get to my mother desperately.
"Please Rani, spare her life. I know she done you wrong but please I beg of you don't kill her" my father gravelled. They just laughed like he told hilarious joke.
"Spare her? SPARE HER? She doesn't deserve to be spared. She deserves death after what she put Rani through. The suffering she cause her" they spat and started to torture her. My father grimace of the sound of my mother's screams. She was shaking violently. Trying to get away from them. My father looked over to Rudra. Desperation in his eyes.
"Prince Rudra, please make them stop. I can't bare to see my wife suffer" he pleaded. Rudra just scuffed.
"Why should I? Your mate is getting what she deserves" Rudra said a matter of factly.
"Please prince Rudra. I can't loose her. How would you feel if it was Rani suffering? You would do any to save her, won't you?" My father desperately reasoned. Rudra mumbled under his breath.
"Fine but I can't promise anything though" he said reluctantly.
"Thank you, thank you prince Rudra" my father said with gratitude. Rudra just gave a dismissive wave towards him. He started to walk towards them and when he was close to them, he wrap his arms around them, by their waste.
"Let her go, my love"
