Chapter 3: You're mine

Rudra (9 years old)

I was hold this little girl in my arms, looking paler by the second so I removed her mask and to my horror I saw that her mouth was sewed up. I saw red.

"Who did this?" I said in a low murderous tone. Releasing my aura so that everyone submit to me.

"Who.Done.This?" I said with greeted teeth cause I don't like repeating myself.

Everyone was fidgeting in their seats, looking petrified. The host step forward and cleared his throat

"I ordered the guards to sew her mouth" he nervously said.

"Why?"

"Cause, she wouldn't be silent and causing trouble so I order to sew her mouth so she can shut up."

"Bring me them to me" I said with greeted teeth

He brought me the guards who done this to the girl. While holding the girl in one hand and with the flick of my other hand, I boiled the guards from the inside. The fear on the their faces. Realization is how they going to die by my hand. I gave them a wicked smirk while they were in agony. The people around me screamed in horror. The host froze on the spot. Blood drained from his face by watching his men burning from the inside of their bodies. I walked away with my pretty little thing in my arms. I stop by the exit and said over my shoulder to the host

"that was for touching what's mine. Make that a lesson to you" after that walked out of the building as my parents was right behind me.

We were back home and a taken my pretty little thing to one of the guests room and ask one the maid to send my doctor for her. I walked up to her and couldn't keep my eyes off of her. When I walked closed to her, she smelled like apple wood and cinnamon. The smell suited her but there was something else I can smell. I leaned in to have a better smell then it hit me. She was a demon and not just a demon but a vampire too. How interesting, I never heard a demon vampire Hybrid before. They normally don't get along and always out for themselves. Both species crave power and think they are superior to others.

I wanted to touch her but before I could there was a knock on the door with my annoyance.

"Your majesty, the doctor has arrived as you requested "

"Send him in"

A moment later my doctor walked in. "How can I help your majesty?"

"Get rid of these stitches from her mouth and make sure there's nothing else is wrong with her" I demanded

"Of course your majesty " he bowed before he went to remove the stitches and examined her.

I watched my doctor examined her. Making sure that he's doing his job. I can tell by his body language that he's nervous even though his face looked calm and collective. Good, I don't want he making any mistake and that I'm serious about it. It took him about an hour to finish. Goddess know why it took so long for removing the stitches and examined her but I'm guessing he just wanted to make sure that everything is in checked.

"The stitches are removed my majesty, she just dehydrated and need some rest so that she can recover properly" he said reassuring.

"You may leave" I dismissively said with a wave of my hand.

He bowed and left while I stayed by her side and watched her.

Its been three days that I stayed with her and still she hasn't woken up. I was starting to lose my patience which is surprising cause normally I wouldn't even waited for anything but with her it's different. I don't know why but just could wait. It's just something about her that I can put my finger on. I was going to summon the doctor when I heard her groan.

Rani

I woke up with a killer headache and the light from outside doesn't help which making close my eyes again. I groaned.

"you woken up" said a male voice.

I snap my eyes open and shot up to see who was there. That's were I saw him, the boy, from the auction, sitting by the front of the bed.

"Where am I?"

"The midnight dragon pack, my home"

"How long have I been unconscious?"

"Three days" the boy said

I thought it was for a few hours.

" I've been unconscious for three days?" I skeptical said.

"Yes"

"Are you really the dragon prince?"

"Yes"

I was afraid of that. Knowing my luck. Why goddess it was to be me to end up here?

"Why did you brought me from the auction?"

"Cause I want to"

"But why?"

"Just can" he said with a annoyance.

He doesn't say much. It's like squeezing blood out a stone.

This is going to be long if he just going to give me short answers.

"Name?"

"What no please?" Rolling my eyes

"Name?" He growled. Rude much, geese.

"Cause you ask soooo nicely, it's Rani and yours?"

"Rudra"

"Age"

"Why?"

"Age?" Getting mad now. This will be going to be fun. I wonder how far I can push him until he explode?

"Fine I'm 4 years old and yours?"

"Nine"

"Did anybody tell you got nice eyes?"

He just stared at me. Oh good lord has not heard of a complement before?

"Well thank you Rani for the comment" mimicking he's voice.

He just raise an eyebrow at me. He doesn't look pleased. I snorted to his expression.

Al of a sudden my throat started to feel saw and need to feed. I can feel my chest feeling to burn. Rudra started to notice this and gave me a cup of water, that was on a side table next to him. I drank it thankfully. I felt a bit better.

"I need blood" with a hoarse voice.

"I'll send one of the servant blood and food soon" said dismissively " in the meantime, since I purchased you I'm going to say this once cause I don't like repeating myself" he said authority. "you'll going to serve me and only me. No one else"

"Is that include the king and queen?" Just to make sure

"Yes and you'll do what I say no question ask. Do I make myself clear?"

"Yes, not like I have much of a choice" I said honestly. It's not like I could go anywhere anyway.

"Good. You'll start once you're fully recovered" and with that he walked off not after what he said next

"Oh and Rani, you're mine now" with satisfaction in his voice, look over his shoulders and with that he left, leaving me alone in the room with my thoughts. I guess I'm stuck with him and this going to be my new life now. I'm so screwed.
