Chapter 31.1: Where's Marco?: What Have You Done To Him?

"I see that you're still alive then? It seems that you're hard to kill" The person said behind me. I turned around to see who it was and not to my surprise, it was no other than Raiden's mother.

"What are you doing here?" I asked annoyed. She sneered at me. Looking at me with disgust.

"What do you mean what I'm doing here? I've been me and my husband was invited here. What else?" She said like it was obvious.

"I ment what you doing on this floor? No ones ain't allowed on this floor except for me and Rudra? You need permission to be here and I know Rudra didn't gave you one. So I ask again, what are you doing here" I specified. She was taken back from that, for a moment.

"I don't have to answer to you" she spat.

"You're right, you don't but you do need to answer to Rudra and I don't think you want that, do you?" I retorted. Her faced paled but fix her composure.

"It wouldn't matter at anytime soon cause once my daughter marry prince Rudra, me and my husband can visit as often as we like and you will been thrown out like yesterday trash" she said smugly. I actually laughed. She looked confused with my reaction.

"Why are you laughing. What's so funny?" She asked. Looking at me like I gone insane.

"You. I'm laughing at you. You generally think I'll be gone as soon as your daughter marry Rudra. Are you delusional to think that" I said like she told a hilarious joke. Her face went as red as a tomato now. Rage was written all over her face.

"I'm not delusional, you little pest. You'll nothing. A nobody" she screeched.

"Oh for goddess sake, change your tune already. Is your vocabulary is so limited that you can't think of new insults? You're pathetic of excuse of a luna. There's no wonder your pack is in shambles" I mocked. Raiden's mother's eyes bulged out then her eyes turned golden.

"You b***h. How dare you speak to me like that. You're beneath me. I don't know what prince Rudra sees in you? You're rude, disgusting, disrespectful creature. You have no shame" she gritted. I just shrugged. I started walking away from her, getting bored with conversation, as the servant followed right behind me.

"Don't you dare walk away from me, demon. Those wolves should of finished you off but yet again I should thank them for given you that scar they left on you. It will remind you that are just as ugly inside as you are on the outside" she shouted out.

"And yet Rudra still loves me and finds your daughter repulsive he tells me every time he sees her" I shot back. Still walking away from her. She growled to the insult to her daughter.

"And where was your precious friend when you were attack during that time?" She asked mockingly. I stop in my tracks and turned around to face her. Who is she talking about? Who is she talking about? Was she responsible for those wolves attacking me?

"What friend are you talking about?" I asked suspiciously. She was smirking now. She looked like she was gloating.

"You can't think of anyone who cares about you" she mocked. Then it hit me. She wasn't talking about Marco? Was she? My blood drained from my body.

"Who are you talking about?" I asked slowly.

"What's they name again? Mark? Mock? Mac? Oh I remember Marco. I wonder where he is?" She asked pretending to be concerned.What has she done to him? A thousand things going through my head.

"Where is he? What have you done to him" I asked viciously.

"Wouldn't you like to know? However, you'll never see him for a while" she said with no care in the world. My blood was boiling with rage.

"Tell me where he is now?" I demanded. Taking a slow steady steps towards her. She looked unfazed with the situation.

"Why would I tell you? He's nothing like you're nothing" she replied. Inspecting her nails. Acting like she bored with the conversation. Now she's pissing me off now.

"I'm going to ask you for the last time. Where is Marco? What have you done to him?" I asked dangerously. Still walking towards her. She looked petrified now and stepping back.

"I'm not telling you. I'm not afraid you. You can't do nothing to me" she said trying act like she wasn't afraid at this moment but failed miserably. I can smell her fear though. She reeked of it.

"LEAVE NOW" I order the servant. I didn't want them to get into the crossfire of my wrath. Raiden's mother paled now.

"Don't you dare leave me with that. As luna, I order you to stay. You're my witness" she demanded desperately, using her luna authority on them but to her dismay, it had little to no affect them. Hmmm how interesting. They just scampered away without a second thought.

"Tsk tsk tsk, it's seems that your luna authority doesn't seemed to work. It looks like you're loosing your touch. I wonder, are you really a true luna?" I mocked. I wicked smile plastered on my face. She kept walking back. Trying to get away from me.

"Stay away from me. You can't lay a hand on me, I'm untouchable"

"Lets see about that but before I test that, I want to know where's Marco?" I growled murderously.

"I'm not telling you. If you want to know where he is then you can't harm me" she challenged. I roared so loudly that the portraits on the walls fell off and the ceiling started to crumble.

"WRONG ANSWER"me and my demon said as one and the next thing I knew, I lunged at her, and letting my demon take control.

Rudra

I walked towards my father's office and without bothering knocking, barged straight in. When I walked in, Raiden father was there but there was no sign of his wife and daughter. Thank goddess.

"Have you heard of knocking, boy?" My father growled.

"Why? Didn't you asked my present as soon I arrived back, so why bother knocking?" I growled back.

"I swear to goddess to why do I have a stubborn son. You're impossible most of the time" my father grumbled under his breath. Massaging his temple. I just ignored his comment.

"Why did you call me?" Feeling already agitated. The sooner he talk the sooner I can be with my Rani and to take care of her. I already missing her. Damn I got bad. I'm whipped. My father just grumbled. Raiden's father was standing awkwardly.

"I called you here because me and alpha Johnson was discussing about Raiden's birthday" my father started. So that's his name. All these years of seeing the man you think I should know his name but to be honest, I just didn't give a damn. Wait why were they talking about that witch Raiden's birthday?

"What about that birthday? What that got to do with me?" I asked with a lack of interest. My father growled and Raiden's father just took a deep breath.

"As you and my daughter are betrothed. It would look good that you attend to her 19th birthday celebration" alpha Johnson said calmly.

"So what? I'm not going" I said bluntly. My father groaned.

"You have to. You don't have a choice. The elder council will be there" my father said with authority. I growled. I hate to admit it, I don't have much of a choice if the elder council will be there.

"Fine but I'm bringing Rani with me. If I go she goes. I'm not leaving her" I stated.

"Yes that's the other thing I want to talk about. I know you're fond of her but you have to keep you two relationship hushed, a secret in the meantime" my father stated. Is he crazy?

"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?" I bellowed. Over my dead body I'm keeping me and my Rani a secret. I want everyone to know she's mine.

"Keep your voice down and control your temper" hushed out. Alpha Johnson put his hands up in surrender.

"I know it's not ideal right now but we don't want a scandal in front of the council" alpha said respectfully.

"It will be difficult to do as I don't hide my feelings to Rani" I said simple.

"And don't we know it" my father mumbled under his breath. I gave my father threatening look.

"We're not saying to stop the relationship, prince Rudra. We just saying to put on hold in the meantime" alpha Johnson responded.

"It sounds like you are" I grumbled. My father just signed. Rubbing his face hard.

"Anyway, Rani's is going to be my future wife. So why hide our relationship?" I declared. Alpha Johnson's jaw dropped and my father whipped head up to my statement.

"Future wife?" My father questioned.

"And how are you going to that boy? You're going to marry Raiden" my father added.

"I don't know but I'll figure it out" I shrugged.

"I swear the moon goddess is trying to test me when you were born" my father said. Swinging his arm in the air like he given up. Alpha Johnson cleared his throat.

"There is a way actually" he started. Me and my father looked at him to explain more.

"You can marry Rani as the same time marry my daughter. I know you can't stand my daughter. I'm stupid but the contract says that you marry her but it didn't say she's not the only one to marry" he stated. Ok he got my attention now.

"You can marry Raiden and Rani at the same time, after or even before you want? The contract didn't explicit say that you have to marry my daughter as soon as she turned 21. Don't get me wrong I love my daughter with my life. I just want peace between us" he reasoned. I like that idea. I'm starting to respect the guy. My father was about to protect when I heard a roar, followed by a piecing scream. The hair of the back of my neck stand up. It's Rani. I need to go to her. I rushed out the office and went straight towards the sound. My father and alpha Johnson hot on my heels. When I got to my floor, I couldn't believe my eyes. Rani's demon was in control and pinned Raiden's mother to the wall. This is not going to end well.
