If Rhys was drinking he would have spat the liquid all over the place, his face resembling the action even without. His usually tanned face has lost all its color, his mouth hanging open in a weird gaping expression, his lips randomly moving as if forming words is too much of a task, his blood runs cold, and he feels a shiver down his spine.
Four? As if she was worried some predator was going to have his wolf and claim her as a mate at four. It is so excessive. To suppress that part, to poison herself, because that is all he can equate it to, poison, for so many years. What are the negat……
