Laurel was a useless person after stuffing her belly with food. She had nothing to do anyway, and there was a small possibility that she'd fall asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow.
As a result, Laurel ended up walking around in her room, rubbing her belly gently. She wondered if she'd ever get out of the cycle of being bored and useless at the end of the day.
Scarlett was currently free because of winter break, but that won't be the case all the time. She'd eventually have to go back to school, and Laurel would be experiencing the same thing every evening in the mornings as well.
It wasn't difficult to find something interesting to pass the time, but Laurel was afraid of asking if it was possible to do it. After all, she didn't know what expectations Alpha Darius had for her.
