Laurel grabbed the wolf by his fur, giggling endlessly in the dark night as it grew colder. She actually didn't feel much of the cold because Darius' wolf had a very high body temperature. She was worried about him still. It was never a good idea to stay out in the cold.
"Enough!" Laurel said in between short laughs.
He didn't stop.
"It's getting colder!" Laurel struggled to form full sentences. "Let's go inside, Darius!"
Darius stopped and suddenly stood tall in his wolf form, turning in the direction of the mansion. Laurel gasped a few times to catch a breath and rushed behind him towards the warm mansion.
"It's so cold these days. Winter is harsh in the Crimson Pack, isn't it? The silver moon never got so cold. I am not used to it. How are you not cold?" Laurel spoke endlessly when her brain……
