"Oh? What have you planned?"
"You will see tomorrow. Have you eaten? Linda must have served dinner by now. Wipe your face and have dinner together."
Scarlett cried so much that she was starving. She ran back to her room to wash her face and have dinner. Darius, on the other hand, went straight to Laurel's room and knocked twice.
"Yes!" Laurel answered from the inside, and a few seconds later, the door opened.
Laurel was surprised to see him. After a long day of work, everyone wanted to have a good meal and go to sleep. Why was he roaming around? Was it about Scarlett?
"I was at the old pack house today and picked this up for you. Have you finished the other book?"
