Rowan took off running like a bolt of lightning. Even though he was not in wolf form he was incredibly fast. I did not shift either, as we didn't want to further terrify any humans. The sound of police and ambulance sirens rang in our ears. I followed as close behind Rowan as I could. I glanced back to see Ellie and Rachel had joined us as well.
