(Narrator)

Dez gently woke Tessa up saying, 'Love, someone wants to meet us. It is our true father's wolf.'

Tessa froze immediately upon hearing this. 'So what?' she copped back.

'His wolf is gentle. And he never gets let out. He is locked away day and night.... for decades. This will give him a small piece of joy,' Dez explained. 'I will keep us safe.'

Tessa hesitantly agreed, simply because it seemed important to Dez. She got out of bed and changed out of her PJs. She opened the door for Dez and let her take control. Dez padded out of the house and slowly approached the large wolf waiting for her, sitting on his haunches. They had the same auburn fur and golden eyes, except the large wolf had some blonde sprinkled throughout his coat.
