(Narrator)
Tessa pulled him to the couch and he took a seat. His anxiety was through the roof and feeling it made her stress even higher. He watched her face intently. She paced for a moment back and forth before finally deciding to sit next to him.
Rowan suddenly took her hand. She looked him in the eyes as he gently said, "Tess, just tell me." He was worried but he didn't like seeing her so scared.
Tessa took a deep breath. "I need you to have an open mind ok?" she began.
Rowan nodded.
She took a deep breath and just went for it, "Do you believe in wolves and vampires?" she blurted.
Rowan looked at her with confusion. "Vampires, like drink your blood, dracula vampires?"
Tessa winced at the dracula reference,"Y-yes."
"Wolves....?" he questioned.
"Yes, uh, like werewolves," Tessa stammered.
