Davies held Astrid's hand and began dragging the lady towards the staircase. After ascending the stairs, they reached a bedroom. Upon entering the bedroom, Davies settled onto the couch, fixed adjacently to the window. In the meantime, Astrid looked around to observe her surroundings. Although it was an abandoned, old house, the bedroom seemed to have gone through a cleanup.
"Did you clean this up for us?" enquired Astrid while looking at the Davies, who was quietly staring at Astrid from the opposite corner.
“Why don't you come here first?” Davies instructed her to approach him.
Willingly, she walked up to him and looked innocently at his chiseled face. The man was an epitome of manly beauty, even at such a young age.
