Frankie:
When I walked through the mansion doors, I had expected to be chastised for my absence. Instead, I was greeted by the smell of something warm, something that pulled me in and made my stomach hurt from hunger.
"Did you have a good time?" Clyde asked with a smile; I happily returned.
"I did. I have never seen such a beautiful place!" I said excitedly from where I stood, dripping on the kitchen doormat.
"Frankie, you have spent time in Valhalla. This place is just the Pacific Northwest in the human realm." Darcel spoke in a soft shock.
"Don't listen to him. I felt the same way. It's why I never left." Clyde chuckled with a warm happiness that made me feel at ease. Knowing that even though this place was in the human realm, someone else found the same magical things ……
