"What the f**k!" I gasped, unable to take my eyes off of Leo.

Sarai snapped her eyes up on me, apparently so caught up in her torture that she didn't realize my presence. Before she could register who I was I felt a zap of what I imagined a bolt of lightning would feel like directly into my chest. I was slammed against the cell across the hall. I dropped to my hands and knees, gasping for air.

"Silas!" Sarai cried as she rushed over to me.

Ares came forward and helped to pull me away from her. My heart felt like it had stopped and restarted from that electric shock. Ares was even struggling. I couldn't get to my feet, even though I was desperate to get away from her.

The former Luna crouched down next to me. Her eyes were wild, "I didn't know it was you. I would never hurt you....."
