I was so eager to see Silas. Eliza made him some cookies, his aunt and uncle wrote him letters, Luna had even written him a note. I was packing my horse when I saw Grace come out. She had a letter in her hands that she handed me with tears in her eyes.

"Can you make sure he gets this?" she whispered.

"Of course," I told her giving her a big hug. I looked over Grace's head to see Jax making his way to us. Grace turned, still holding on to me.

"Jax," I greeted him with a nod. He had his hands in his pockets. He was a good looking kid. I wished he would smile more.

"Theo.... will you check on my mother please? Leo doesn't give a s**t about her nor would I trust anything he says," Jax said.
