The bed bounced as my son called my name. I forced a smile on my face. I was unable to sleep. Getting up sounded like a nightmare.
"Mommy if we sleep all day I can't beat Uncle Tonio at Mario you have to get up." I chuckled at that.
He pressed his face to mine giving me a kiss. I smiled but didn't get up instantly. He flopped down on my pillow and started to play with my hair.
"What are you doing sweet boy?" I asked him.
" Playing with your hair. You're really pretty mommy" he answered back innocently. My heart melted. Such a sweet boy.
"Knock, Knock" I watched as twin faces peaked in the room.
"Uncle Tony and Tonio" he screamed launching himself at them.
Anthony caught him as Antonio came further in the room. He placed his hand on my forehead and gave me a concerned smile.
