DANTE's POV
I stepped into my home, visions of my brother on the cold ground with a bullet wound evading my thoughts as I walked.
It did not help that I had gotten the information I needed about Domenico Guerra and how he planned to rescue his daughter from my clutches.
I smiled at this as I entered my room, discarding the shirt I was wearing and walking out bare foot to the island. I need a f*****g drink… something strong. I did not want to admit that I needed it to chase away the ghost of my brother.
When we were younger, I used to be the frail child… I used to be the one always afraid of thunder and lightening and Gio always protected me like he liked to call it.
Even as men, I would always look up to him for advice on various things and he would give it with a smile on his fa……
