DANTE's POV
“Should I be worried about you?” I asked moments later.
Francesca stared at me,unsure of what I was talking about. I wasn’t sure myself either
“Worried about me?” She echoed
“Forget that” I brushed off, rising to my feet while I allowed her put on my shirt.
I had a big day ahead and for some reason I was allowing what my father had said out of spite control my thoughts about her. She would never betray me and if she did not love me then she feared me enough not to take one step out of line.
She did not fear you when she almost stabbed you, the voice in my head reminded
That had been a long time ago and I did not think it would repeat itself. It was obvious she cared for me… no one can pretend for a long time and Francesca wasn……
