After Amy and Shane left, Jay asked me if I was ready to go with him. In all honesty, I was not. I still had to devise my master's strategy to control the tabloids, but the offer was too tempting, so I nodded in agreement.
Going home was a simple act that felt so familiar and intimate. After what was revealed to me, I wondered the entire day if it felt the same going home to Jack as it did with Jay. They were brothers, but somehow, deep in my heart, I know they are completely different. The way Jay has been honest, the way he has given me space, respected my boundaries, and been tender and kind tells me that my heart can be safe with him.
I am scared. I can't give myself freely because a massive part of my life is a blip. As much as I want to remember, as much as I push mys……
