I had a bad feeling about tonight, I’d never been scared of Orlando before not until today.I’d cried on Milly’s shoulder which felt like hours. “What’s wrong Kacey? I’ve never seen you like this before you’ve always been so strong.”

I don’t know. I can’t explain.”

“Who done this to you?”

“Orlando.” I said flatly, there was no use in denying it. He’d get it out of me me eventually so I might as well tell her instead of her repeating it over and over again until I gave in and told her.

She gasped and her face dropped she looked shocked to say the least.

“I don’t understand. I thought you two were like tight so tight you couldn’t tear yourselves apart form one another.”

“I thought so to gut he went bipolar on me.”

“What happened Kacey?’ And tell everything don’t leave anything out.”

“Okay but you won’t like what you hear.”

“Just tell me Kacey.”

I took a deep breath and began telling her how I was all alone cause Essen was with Daniel and I didn’t want to disturb her time with him and how Orlando came up to me and we started talking and how he kicked off at me I can still remember every word of our conversation.

“You’ve been ignoring me Kacey.”

“No I haven’t. I’ve had a lot on my plate. My exams are coming up I have to study you know.”

“I didn’t say you didn’t have to study Kacey. What I’m saying I haven’t seen you at all. You avoid me when your in the gym and when I try to talk to you you ignore my mere excitants.”

“Really. I can’t say I’ve noticed.”

He grabbed my face turning it towards him I stared at him as he squeezed my cheeks together. “You're mine Kaycey get used to it , you’ll never get rid me no matter how hard you try no matter how much you try and avoid me. How much you try to blank me out your mine. DO YOU UNDERSTAND?”



I nodded.

“Answer me Kacey Leigh.’

“Yes I understand.”

“Good.”

He leaned forward, I tried to pull back but his grip got tighter. “Never move from me Kaysie or you’ll regret it.”



I ended up telling her everything that had happened. “Holy s**t Kacey what the hell is wrong with him? You are in tilted to time alone.”

“I know.”

“And I’m sorry if I’ve been ditching you, there’s been a lot going on in my head to.”

I looked at her and then at her arms realising she’d been self harming Again I’d been so stupid not to notice the signs she was still getting bullied though her weight was coming off. Now with Daniel around they had began to target her for an all different reason all together. ‘Wha ,are these?’ I asked pulling her arm up.

“Nothing.” She answered, pulling her arm away quickly.

“Don’t lie to me Milly. I’ve seen them before why are you self harming again?”

“I.. I can’t tell you.”

“Yes you can I’m your best friend and I’ll never judge you.”

“It’s complicated.”

“Life’s complicated Mil I’m here for you. I’m always here for you”

“They said things, Kace.”

“What things?”

“They kept saying he felt sorry for me and he didn’t really want me and he was using me.” She cried.

I placed my arms around her hugging her now it was my turn to comfort her now I knew why she was ditching I much and it wasn’t just because of Daniel I’m going to kill those bitches. There family has done so much damage to my family now they’re doing the same to my best friend and I won’t allow it. It’s gone on for far too long.

“He came to see me today I was at my lowest after being told that he was using me and he was laughing at me behind my back and that he never actually wanted me he just stuck around cause he felt sorry for me.”

Those bitches. I know I have my doubts about Daniel but he’d been noting but encouraging towards her and has helped her in more ways than I ever could and I’m truly grateful to him for that. Orlando has told me many times his brother has no intention in hurting Milly and I believe him.

“I’m sure he doesn’t feel like that Milly I’ve seen how he is around you he isn’t with you ve is he he feels sorry for you he truly likes you.”

“Thanks that means a lot.”

“So what did he say?”

“He said that he isn’t like that he liked me and he’s only only helping me because he knew I was determined to lose weight to feel myself again and he said he likes me the was I am the way I was before I went on this diet. He told me that he loved me.”

I smiled I like this guy more than I ever did to see how he has put a smile back. On my friends face I just want to hug him and kiss him, but I won’t Orlando will probably think that there is something going on when there isn’t so I’ll just thank him.

I just wish Orlando was more like his brother instead of being so goddamn possessive.

The bell rang loudly through the school grounds. “Come on, we best head in before we get detention.”

She laughed and we linked arms going in to beginning of our last few and final lessons of the day. I would be lying if I said Couldn’t wait to get home but what o could wait for is seeing Orlando tonight at the club he’d been a complete asshole today and I couldn’t see his mood getting any better either, I had to go home eat, showers change and grab a bog and stuff my clothes in before I went to the club.I had to tell Ty that I wouldn’t be back till Sunday night oh the joys!

I walked outside to see a familiar waiting and a tall slender but muscular built male in front of it.

Daniel.



I smiled and he returned my smile.

I strode casually over to him. So are you here to pick Milly up?”

“I am.”

“Just take care if her okay.”

“I will she means a lot to me.”

“I know.” I paused. “I d like to thank you for everything that you’ve done for Milly.”

“No need. She’s a special girl.”

I smiled. “She really likes you Daniel. I’ve never seen her this happy so you best not f**k this up or you’ll be ball less.”

“I won’t.”

I smiled. “Good cause I don’t want her going down the same road as she did a few years ago.”

“She won’t. I will make sure she doesn’t.”

Satisfied with his answers I spoke. “Then we’re good and thanks again for everything I guess I’ll see you later.”

“So you’re staying? I didn’t think you would seen as Orlando is in a foul mood.”

“Like I have a choice, chow.”

“Bye Kacey.”

I smiled walking away.
