Warren

Mulvey had managed to hack into both of their mobiles and locate the files that has been sent over and has also done an extensive search on this and the person which gad sent them both the same message, but I had not bad gut feeling in whm they really were and my gut feeling was proven when Mulvey burst into my office. 

I gave him a look telling him to knock next time. He waved me off. “I found the sender Warren. It took me some time as he seems to be a ghost.”

“So who is this mystery guy who’s been able to not only ghost us, but ghost the Greens as well?”

“Orion Miller.”

“I thought that low life was in Italy?”

“He was and still is and if my sources are correct he seems up to the deal so he could take his revenge on the Greens for the death of his cousins.”

“I see.”

“We need to tell the girl they need to know that it was all a setup.”

“We do.” I agreed.

We has one of the maids bring them to us. They entered the office after we told them to enter. The door closed behind them. “You wanted to talk with us.”

“We did. Please take a seat.”

They nodded and sat opposite my large oak desk in the chairs next to Mulvey. “First my apologies for taking so long in finding out who caused all of this s**t for the both of you. But they seemed to be somewhat of a ghost ”

“So did you manage to find out who they were?”

“We did. Mulvey managed to track down our ghost.”

“And who is this ghost?”

“A guy known well on the mafya world Orion Miller, does his name mean anything to you?”

They shook their heads. “Sorry no it doesn’t.”

“Unfortunately he causes all of this upset between you and the Greens. I was about revenge on what happened to his cousins.”

Their faces pailed I couldn’t help bit notice that it hit a nerve like it had earned. I had mentioned Dreads. “He was cousins with those bastards?”

Yeah, I’d hit a nerve “Yes he was. Look, Kacey. None of this was their fault, it was Orion Miller’s he set up the meeting for the contract and at a guess everything else that came with it.”

She looked speechless. “If you want to go back I’ll understand we both will.”

Then she erupted, her face and voice full of anger. This was the sudden I had seen when I first talked to her. “I DON’T CARE. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING HE HE HAS MIND IF HIS f*****g OWN! WHETHER OR NOT THIS ORION MILLER TRANSPIRED IT AGAINST BOTH PF THEM, HE STILL MADE HIS CHOICE TO CHEAT ON ME WITH A w***e! 

I’M NOT EVER GOING TO GO BACK THERE. AND IF YOU TRY AND MAKE ME I’LL RUN AGAIN!”

I shot back in my chair holy f**k he sure has done some damage to her. “I wasn’t going to make you do something you weren’t happy with you are free to stay here as long as you wish well make sure he won’t find you.”

Her angered face softened and she smiled. I looked at Milly. “What would you like to do Milly?”

“I don’t want to go back. Hd made me trust him and every word he spilt was f*****g bullshit so I’d like to stay here too.”

“Sure. We’ll protect you and make sure they never find you right Mulvey. ”

“Absolutely 100% they won’t get in a foot of either of you. That we promise.

Mario

I had been spending all my free time with Ty searching for Kacey and Milly. College wasn’t the same without them. Even Cassidy was struggling he and milly has became almost the best of friends after their bad start we were slm close and now they were gone and nothing seemed the same. Ty had left the club where he has worked for four years for Orlando hd cooking base even looking at either Orlando or Daniel hd couldn’t even entertain their presence. 

Me and Cassidy hadn’t spoken one word to either of them after we had all came to blows about their recklessness. 

Ty had arrived last night looking worse for ware looking like he hadn’t showered or shaved in weeks. I had made him shower and shave which i had helped him achieve cause he was clearly not up for anything that didn’t get him closer to finding Kacey and Milly.

After his shower and shave we ate, well I did. He barely touched his and it was killing me to watch him lose his sanity like this. I led 

the sofa where he lay on me and I held him close to me. 

“I don’t know what I’m going to do, Mario. My sister’s been missing almost two weeks and nothing is showing up to where she could’ve gone, not even who took her out of the damn car before it was set alight.”

“We’ll find her Ty, we will find both of them?”

“How Mario?”

“I don’t know Ty but we will, together.” I said, kissing his forehead. 

“I don’t know if I can give you anything right now Mario.”

“I’m not looking for anything right now Ty. We need to find Kacey and Milly. They are top priority right now, us can wait. Our relationship can wait.”

“Promise me you’ll stay with me. I can’t do this on my own.”

“I promise.” I said, kissing his forehead, and I meant it. I would do anything for him. Kacey and Milly were my friends. We’d gotten close in the past few months. They trusted us more than our cousins and that was something that was hard to achieve, but we had. 

They were dumb asses to lose two girls like them. I knew Cassidy had a crush on Milly, but I chose to keep it to myself and he also knew that he had no chance with her cause of Daniel and the fact he was a bigger playboy and flirt than I was. 

But things can change for the better and I was willing to wait for Ty. He was something else. He was different from the guys I’d gone for before, he was not the first straight guy I’d gone for but he was the first not to kick the living dhit out of me. I think he was confused of what his head and heart truly wanted and I’d wait an eternity if I had to for him to decide. I was willing to take that risk.
