BLAIR’S POV.
(AT STAR HEIGHT SCHOOL.)
I just finished using the toilet and started washing my hands at the basin when Jessica and her brainless friends barged into the bathroom, laughing and giggling. Jessica positioned herself beside me, meticulously applying her signature pink glitter lip gloss.
With a flick of her hair to the left and then to the right, Jessica turned to her friends. "Which side looks better? Left or right?"
Her friends nodded in agreement, affirming that the current style suited her best.
"Are you sure? I feel like my features stand out more when my hair falls to the left," Jessica mused aloud, turning towards me as if noticing my presence for the first time. "Hey, Blair! I did not realise you were here."she said with a forced smile.
