RAINA'S POV

Two days after my little experience with Declan, my mind was still at a gridlock. My thoughts were held at a stalemate, what was I to do? Still go ahead and betray Declan? Regardless of the brutal way I had seen him handle his traitors and what he told me or carry on with the initial plan?

“Oh, f**k this.” I muttered under my breath and ran my fingers through my hair.

I struggled to crawl off my bed, I had been awake for hours, just staring endlessly into the ceiling and imagining a world far beyond it. A world where there was only peace, with just Ethel and I. A world void of Declan and Claus and Alice, even my cousin, a world without them all.
