Friday morning quickly passed. Unlike yesterday, Charlene made sure Max had his morning coffee before he started his day. She then recited his Friday schedules clearly and flawlessly. She even had an amiable short discussion about the papers and proposals the planning management completed and arranged for them.
Max didn’t ask her to stay in the room during his meetings. He didn’t even disturb and request nonsense stuff.
Everything went smooth and sound. Even though she was Max’s temporary secretary, she also had to communicate with Damien while he was in Japan to update him about the company and Max.
Even though they had a 14-hour time difference, Damien made sure he would call and ask her h……
