They went back inside and continued mingling around. Like their abrupt plan, they continued introducing themselves as a couple who just recently got married.

“Max, I’ll go to the powder room. Excuse me,” Charlene said to Max, busy talking with other businessmen. She suddenly felt the urge to pee after having several glasses of wine.

“Sure, take your time,” Max sweetly said at her,

Charlene left the hall and went straight to the powder room. After relieving herself, she then went outside the cubicle to wash her hands and do some face retouch. She was checking her lips when a lady came in and stood behind her.

“So, you are Max’s bithc of the week?” the stranger lady asked.
