Star is still holding my hand. She should fu.cking hate me, all the beating she received because I was a fu.cking jealous coward.
I had forgotten that sleep over until she started to tell the story. I remember being so jealous of the triplets, especially Alexei. They got to spend time with my lovely cousin.
The day she walked into my cell, she floored me; I had been waiting to be put to death, but she came in and gave me a new life, and since then she has helped me to learn to stand on my own two feet and take responsibility for my actions.
She gave me courage to seek out Juliette, to take back the rejection and beg for her forgiveness. We are taking it slowly, but I am hopeful. Goddess, she is perfect, sweet and kind, but her temper, let’s just say I spent a very sore 24 hour……
