Pulling up at the packhouse, I carefully passed my sleeping Angel to Lex and got out of the car. As soon as I am out, I took her back in my arms.
“You two go to the cells, ask dad to meet you there. I’ll go along with any decision you make. I’ll put Star to bed. It's my turn for alone time, okay?”
They nodded and kissed Star on the forehead before heading to the cells.
I carry my darling up the stairs and into our suite; she has had to go through so much in the last month. What the fu.ck is going on?
