“Quick! Put her in the back seat.” I quickly said to Derrick who immediately with my assistance shoved Zoey in the back seat of the vehicle.
Eric said nothing as he watched on awkwardly, I guess he was wondering who the man holding Zoey was but I was not bothered about this, my mind was only thinking of how to run away from this area, as I had harmed Liam who was like the capo of this district.
I got into the passenger seat quickly, Eric instantly tilted his head to the side, glanced at me, and was speechless.
Just after I sat down, I ignored Eric’s hawk eyes and turned to look at the
Derrick, who was standing quietly in front of the vehicle, frowned.
‘Liam has already seen how he looks, who knows if he’ll take it out on him if he can’t find me.’ I groaned and bit my lips.
