Eric Dark approached us, smirking and sizing me up, “Queen Linda.” He greeted curtly. Mum nodded at him and moved forward to the throne room, she left me with Landon and Eric before heading towards the throne room where the wolf kings and royals were sitting.
“You’re also here Minnie.” Eric had a gleeful smile and tried to embrace me, Landon stepped in front of me like the protective brother he was and shot his best friend a menacing glare.
Eric raised his hand in surrender, shrugged, and stepped back, “Easy big boy, I’m only trying to greet Minnie.” He uttered and I rolled my eyes.
“I thought you wouldn’t be here, wow. I’m glad you came.” My tone reeked of mockery but he didn’t mind.
Just in a flash, the two men started chatting off and it was like I had forgotten all of a sudden.
I felt bored……
