The mystery under the mask

Everywhere was buzzing and people were dancing at every corner. It was our first time there and we looked a little lost.

"Jess! Uncle Jeff!" We suddenly heard that familiar voice behind us and once we looked, it was Luke standing there, with drinks in both hands.

"Oh my God, Luke, I miss you so much," Jess exclaimed as she ran towards him and hugged him.

We exchanged pleasantries, and he was quick to direct me to the VIP area. I was reluctant at first but the two kept pushing me to go. If I didn't know better, I would think it was a setup.

"Dad, just go, don't be too stiff. You've been working all week, you deserve a little fun. Whatever it is on the other side of the door is meant for your relaxation, go enjoy it." She said and then winked at me.
