Angel and Zoey who waited for a long time to see if Alpha Aiden was going to really have his way with Laura or not eventually realized he was already losing interest in getting Aurela back.
As the werewolf soldiers he had asked to keep searching for Aurela told him they had searched everywhere and no one had seen nor heard about Aurela.
“Well, I think you can all rest now.” These were the only comments Alpha Aiden had made before Angel and Zoey trailed him down to his chambers, making sure they were not seen by the werewolf soldiers.
Valerie on the other hand was already feeling indisposed as a result of the whole trauma that she had gone through in the hands of the rogue king who had raided their pack. And she was already having what seemed like morning sickness common to pregnant women.……
