Hunter’s POV:
For a second after Rosa speaks, we all look at her, stunned, before what she said sinks in. We all sit in silence for a few more seconds before Eris breaks it. “Why? Who sent for them?”
“I think a better question would be to ask why?” Ash mutters and I nod in agreement. “Who would want to bring the Lauriers here? And presumably with the Starrs as well.”
“The Starrs?” Rosa’s voice is laced with confusion. “Who are they?”
“Adrienne, Ariadne and Kali Starr,” Ash replies when I stay silent. “Three of the most powerful witches ever. They are a hybrid of witch and vampire, but Kali was somehow able to retain all of her witch heritage and power, whereas for her sisters, their power was diluted to 50% due to the vampire genes. All three are incredibly lethal and……
