This chapter shows Julian at his most dangerous and manipulative. His decision to d**g Isabella’s champagne crosses a line from theatrical chaos into actual criminal behavior, and it completely destroys any sympathy we might have had for his character. The contrast with Alexander’s immediate protective fury and Marcus’s professional concern shows who Isabella can actually trust in crisis situations. Alexander carrying her to safety while promising that no one will hurt her again is incredibly romantic and protective. This incident will definitely change the dynamics between all the characters—Julian has revealed himself to be genuinely dangerous, not just dramatically chaotic.
