Mel lay still, pretending to sleep, but her mind was racing. She was aware of the presence of someone in the room, and the voice that whispered in her ear made her blood run cold.

"Good to have you back, Isabella," the voice whispered.

Mel's eyes snapped open, and she was met with a face she thought she'd never see again. Her heart racing, she thought, "The bastard is not dead and out of prison."

The only person who called her Isabella was Derick, the psychopath who had locked her up in his house for a week during her trip to Mexico Two years ago. She had gone there to get a tattoo, but instead, she found herself trapped in Derick's twisted game.

Memories of her ordeal came flooding back - the feeling of being trapped, the physical and emotional abuse, and the fear that had gripped her heart. Mel thought she had escaped Derick's clutches, but now, he was standing in front of her, a sly smile spreading across his face.

Mel's mind reeled as she tried to process the situation. How was Derick alive? And why was he holding her captive again?

Derick's smile grew wider as he saw the fear and confusion in Mel's eyes. "Surprised to see me, Mel?" he asked, his voice dripping with malice.

Mel tried to scramble backward, but she was trapped. Derick's eyes seemed to bore into her soul, and she felt a chill run down her spine.

"What do you want from me, Derick?" Mel demanded, trying to keep her voice steady.

Derick chuckled, his eyes glinting with amusement. "You'll find out soon enough, Isabella," he said, his voice low and menacing. "But for now, let's just say that you're going to be my guest for a little while longer."

Back at the Placid mansion, Lucas was engaged in a tense conversation with Damien after finding out about Mel's abduction. "I want you to assemble the boys," Lucas ordered, his voice low and urgent. "We have a location on Mel."

Damien nodded and quickly pulled out his phone to make the necessary calls.

Meanwhile, at the Madrigal's residence, Mel's parents and brothers were in a heated discussion with the commissioner of police and a representative from the FBI.

"We need to find my daughter," Mel's mother pleaded, her voice shaking with worry. "We can't just sit around and do nothing."

The commissioner nodded sympathetically. "We're doing everything we can, ma'am. But we need more time."

Just then, a livestream began broadcasting from Derick's house, showing Mel being held captive. Derick's face was twisted into a sadistic grin as he taunted Mel, who was struggling to break free.

Mel's eyes flashed with anger as she tried to dislocate Derick's hand, but he was too strong. He landed a blow to her stomach, and Mel doubled over in pain.

The more she tried to fight, the more Derick abused her. The livestream was a twisted game, designed to torment Mel and her loved ones.

As Lucas and his team made their way to Derick's mansion, Damien

showed Lucas the livestream on his phone. Lucas's face turned red with rage as he watched Mel being brutalized.

"Stop the car!" Lucas bellowed, his eyes blazing with fury. "I'll blow your head off if you don't step on the brakes right now!"

Milo and Miles' eyes widened in shock as they watched the livestream of Mel being brutally beaten by Derick. They recognized the sadistic grin on Derick's face and immediately knew who had kidnapped Mel.

Without hesitation, the two brothers stormed out of the house, determined to rescue Mel and bring Derick to justice.

Back at Derick's mansion, Mel's situation was growing more desperate by the minute. Every blow she landed on Derick was met with a vicious counterattack.

He seemed to take pleasure in her pain, and Mel's clothes were torn and tattered as she tried to defend herself.

Derick's eyes gleamed with sadistic intent as he stripped Mel of her clothes, revealing the tattoo of shattered glasses on her body. He stabbed her repeatedly, each puncture wound a twisted echo of the tattoo.

Each time the knife pierced her skin, Derick's voice was like a cold breeze in Mel's ear. "You're mine," he hissed. "Sending me to prison was a mistake. You think you're so smart, but you're just a foolish little girl."

Derick's words were laced with venom as he continued to taunt Mel. "You know what the root of your problem is? It's that person you saved five years ago. If you hadn't interfered, none of this would have happened."

"You were sent to therapy by your bloody parents," Derick sneered. "But that didn't fix you, did it? You're still broken, still fragile. And now, you're mine to play with."

Mel's world was spinning out of control, but she refused to give up. She knew she had to survive, no matter what Derick did to her.

As Lucas arrived at Derick's mansion, he was met with a swarm of heavily armed guards. But Lucas was not one to back down from a fight. With a fierce determination in his eyes, he charged forward, his gun blazing.

The first guard to step forward was met with a bullet to the head, his body crumpling to the floor in an instant. The second guard fared no better, Lucas's bullet finding its mark with deadly precision.

As Lucas fought his way through the mansion, the floor became a bloody canvas, littered with the bodies of Derick's guards. Each encounter was a swift and deadly affair, Lucas's gun firing true every time.

But Lucas didn't do it alone. His men provided cover for him, taking down guards and paving the way for Lucas to reach Derick's lair.

Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, Lucas burst into the room where Mel was being held. Derick was standing over her, a sneer on his face as he taunted her.

But Mel was not one to give up easily. As Derick was distracted by his own monologue, Mel saw her chance. With a swift motion, she removed one of the knives from her back and plunged it into Derick's eye.

Derick let out a blood-curdling scream as he stumbled backward, clutching at his eye. Mel took advantage of the distraction to try and scramble to safety.

But Derick's rage was not to be underestimated. With a vicious kick, he sent Mel flying across the room, her body crashing into the wall with a sickening thud.

Lucas's eyes blazed with fury as he took in the scene before him. Derick was stumbling around, knife still lodged in his eye, while Mel was struggling to get to her feet.

Without hesitation, Lucas charged forward, his gun trained on Derick. "You're a dead man," Lucas snarled, his finger tightening on the trigger.
