These days she wasn't so sure about those decisions. Was it so necessary to draw that line? The hesitation that had gripped her heart back then was nowhere to be found recently. After several months of being around Kian, she felt like marking was something they should have done a long time ago.
And something told her that Kian was thinking the same. Samirah wasn't as scared of the idea of marking as she was at that time. She was even looking forward to it. And so was Kian.
He never said it out loud, but his recent actions were a clear indication. His teasing was more obvious than words. He was slowly pushing her towards making a decision.
Not saying it out loud to pressure her but making her realise what she wanted. Even after so many hints, if Samirah still wanted to be ready for the marking……
