Samirah grinned when one of the kids pulled at Kian's trouser, angrily expressing his discontent that a grown man squeezed in among them and got to order first.
Kian did not want to bicker with a kid at first, but he said something that got Kian's attention. A simple glance at the tiny human made all the kids back away from him.
When Kian came back with Samirah's ice cream, she did not even wait for him to start the car before asking what went down with the kids.
"They said I am a bit too old for ice cream and should consider their age and let them take ice-cream first." Kian looked her dead in the eye and said, "I don't think I am too old for ice cream. But they are kids, so I let them go this time."
Samirah crackled loudly, nearly dropping her ice-cream. She hurriedly licked the sides to kee……
