Ray suddenly rushed forward, his right hand extending towards Arian like an arrow.
His gaze was piercing and he was fast.
His right arm drew a perfect arc in the air, gripping Arian's collar tightly and pulling hard.
Amber froze in place.
Then she quickly reacted...
She rolled towards the black weapon, grabbing something into her own palm the next second.
"Don't move! Don't move!" Amber collapsed on the ground, raising the g*n high.
Arian huddled in Ray's arms, gasping for breath. He looked up, his head filled with a strong sense of foreboding, towards Lynnsey still standing at the factory entrance.
Suddenly...
Whoosh!
The bullet flew towards Lynnsey.
In an instant, Ray didn't even have time to think. He held the child tight……
