Aaron’s POV
Sierra and I went to bed in the early morning, but sleep was the last thing we considered. The fact that we had saved someone we knew kept playing repeatedly in my head. Cole's jaw nearly fell to the floor when he heard Sierra say it was her aunt on stage.
"I can't wait to see the look on my mom's face later today," Sierra said, curled up under the covers facing me.
"I think it will be the first time we see your mom speechless," I joked.
"I knew we were gonna do good with this plan, but I never imagined this would happen," she exclaimed.
"At least we have plenty of people to help her transition back to normal life. She was held as long as Amisra, and I'm sure she would be willing to help and talk with her," I replied.
"I'm sure Amisra wouldn't mind," Sierra said.
