Chapter Thirteen

I wake up with the biggest smile on my face.

Today is the day. I am going to marry Nova. My best friend, my soul mate.

I jump excitedly and head straight for the bathroom. My shower is warm and relaxing as I roll my tense muscles.

‘Is someone nervous?’ Bodhi teases with a snicker.

‘Maybe a little’ I admit too quickly.

I jump out the shower and dry my body and then my hair.

My matte black suit is hanging on my wardrobe door ready to put on. It slides on perfectly and I can’t contain the smile on my face as I head downstairs.

The kitchen and dining room are empty. As I look around curiously one of the omega kitchen workers come through.

“Oh, pardon me Alpha. Is everything okay?” She asks politely.

“Yes sorry. I just wondered where everyone is?” I ask with another glance around.
