Leo’s POV
I was glad to see that Devon and Tara were keeping their passions intact around Queen Luna Kathleen. I needed them to look like responsible adults, ready to take on the role of parenting the future heirs of the kingdom of Belgium, rather than the careless and horny young adults that they actually are. I had warned Devon that his behavior needed to be exemplary during our flight, but he was so excited to get to Tara that I wasn’t sure how much he was actually listening to me.
Tara herself seems to have matured quite a lot in the last year, but considering everything she has been through, it was hardly surprising. I did sense a touch of melancholy about her that hadn’t been there before, despite appearances to the contrary. Devon tells me she is terrified of losing her pup……
