Emily’s POV:
A small whimper escapes my mouth as I stand in front of the mirror and look at the gash in my side. I had forgotten just what it felt like to not be able to heal quickly. I reach into the cabinet to see if there are any supplies to be able to bandage myself up. Of course, there isn't. Being a werewolf Alpha's bathroom and all that.
A creaking noise comes from behind me and I throw my shirt down to cover up my wounds. I turn to see Hunter and Justin both standing in the doorway, looking at me with concern.
“What happened?” Justin growls and they start walking towards me.
I clear my throat. “N-nothing.” I lied. I suddenly start to feel extremely nervous.
“That doesn’t look like nothing.” Hunter says, lifting up my shirt to expose my side. His voice sounds stern and angry.
Justin vamps away. WIthin a second, he comes back with bandages and other supplies that I would need to dress up the wound. I let out a heavy sigh and lift up my shirt. The two of them curse under their breaths as Hunter grabs a cotton ball from the pile of supplies. He soaks it in the rubbing alcohol and moves towards your skin.
“This might sting.” He says just before applying the cotton ball on the bottom of the gash.
As soon as the cotton makes contact with my skin, I whimper and latch myself onto Justin’s arm. Hunter finishes cleaning me up, and carefully puts a bandage over the wound. He looks up at me and I can see the fire in his eyes. He gets closer to my face. I can feel the warmth of his body and the anger radiating from him.
“If anyone ever touches you again, I swear…” He growls.
Justin stands up straight behind him. “They will regret ever even looking at you.”
