Kennedy Starling has always been in the shadow of her beautiful sister, June. June was taller, thinner, and very popular. On the other hand, Kennedy is quirky and shy, bullied for a nagging stutter she has been afflicted with. To Kennedy's utter amazement, her beloved grandmother leaves her entire fortune to Kennedy. Moving to Scotland to her new inherited castle, she goes to the local historian, who happens to be a vampire, the same vampire that Kennedy's grandmother once loved, Kennedy's grandmother intends for Kennedy to marry her once lover, Lucas Moore. However, Kennedy finds herself in love with Lucas Moore's centuries old enemy, Orcas Howle, a powerful lycan who is sexy as hell.
Orcas marries Kennedy in a sudden move to protect her from his own clan, who also hate the Starlings, believing Kennedy to be the decendant of the Starling witches of castle Starling.
When Orcas finds himself in trouble with the law over an old fued, he divorces Kennedy and must ask the vampire, Lucas Moore to protect her as the only one who loves her as much as he himself does. Lucas quickly marries her.
Lucas evil mother senses something special in her new daughter in laws blood and kidnaps her, nearly draining her dry.
Kennedy's vampire husband, is forced to turn to Orcas Howle for help in finding her. They rescue her, however Kennedy loses her memory of them all.
Kennedy finds herself loving both men and even Orcas Howle's sister, Rena joins the trio. Kennedy is awakened to passionate and sensual love as she tries to remember her vampire husband. She discovers that none of them seem to mind sharing her.
