Why is Amara not dead yet?

I land in Italy, and Helena comes to pick me up. I know it is risky for us to be seen together, but now I am more worried about her safety. One would wonder why we have not killed Amara yet, but she is very clever for somebody who has mental issues and is hiding from us all the time. Even now, we do not know where she is. We know that she is in Italy, but we do not know where in Italy. Amara can be anywhere, hiding in plain sight. She is very sneaky, and she has changed her face with plastic surgery. We do not even know what she looks like now.
