I dial Cassy's number but she's ignoring my calls, I sigh and get back to work.
Two days ago I was selected high alpha, Alex was fuming mad, he attacked me in
front of everyone. I rejoiced as he kept on screaming and talked about how he
deserved the position better than me. The man caused a scene.
The following day the alpha council linked me to them and their pack members, so I
can mind link any wolf who belongs to a pack.
Minutes later, I try to call my mate's number again but she is not answering.
I leave work early today so that I can see her, maybe we can have lunch together but
when I reach the packhouse, a few members are surrounding something, I don't go
closer but adjust my eyes so I see what they are looking at, it's my beta's human
mate shouting at Danica, I Inwardly groan, t……
