We turn to the voice that spoke, it's Adele. Her angry eyes are glaring at Dylan.

" Adele," Dylan says. So they know each other. She walks towards us gracefully but

" Don't get involved in this," Adele looks at me and then at Dylan before opening her

mouth.

" I'm so disappointed in you," she says. My mate faces the ground, ashamed. Dylan

looks like a kid caught stealing candy.

" You rejected your mate. Took back your rejection, not because you want her but

because you are scared she'll leave, huh!" She shouts. Exasperated.

" Adele, you don't understand," his voice is distraught.

" I understand you, more than anyone, nephew," I widen my eyes. I didn't know they

were family. Dylan sighs as he growls,
