Evelyn, Daizy, and Monica bombarded Rahi with questions, demanding to know where she had been the previous night and whose clothes she was wearing. But Rahi remained silent, her head lowered, unwilling to entertain their inquiries. Raj approached Anant, who stood alone with his back to Rahi, and positioned himself beside him.
"You won't see Samay around in the morning. I saw a doctor leaving his room," Raj divulged.
"Good for him," Anant responded in a low voice, exhaling a puff of smoke from his cigarette. His focus seemed distant, lost in his own thoughts.
"I don't think Samay will trouble Rahi anymore. So, are you really planning to ……
