All my social media accounts were listed under Sable Worthy, most everyone in my life knew me as Sable Worthy, and every single article I’d ever written for the Press had been published under the byline of Sable Worthy. If Paul, or any other possible shifter I met, ever decided to hop online and run the name Sable Mudge through a search engine, he wouldn’t find anything about my “real” life, and he wouldn’t find anything about me being a reporter.
Paul said it was nice to meet me as well, then released my hand and asked if I’d mind if he sat with me at the table. Settling back in my chair, I told him no, I wouldn’t mind at all, and to go ahead, and he did, having a seat across from me.
