The place was lit up as the Star of David was about to be formed, everyone inside was waiting to witness the once-in-a-lifetime event. The Vampire Bunny has arrived in the Southeast Exile at the same time.

Southeast Exile was invisible on the Map of Exile, it was the dungeons for perpetrators, a prison camp of criminals. Each prisoner is sealed in an hourglass lined up with rising and oversized shelves. It was a downward spiral shelf that contains thousands of hourglass and was chained in vertical blue, invisibly, to seal the entire place.

The hourglass was uniquely made for the criminals in the Exile empire. Each hourglass cell has ticking time setting, they will know when they will be released or die since other convicted criminals have been sentenced to life imprisonment.
