These two chapters mark the moment the story shifts from noticing strange things… to realizing the station might be noticing the characters back.In Chapter 7, I wanted the mystery to become more physical: warped metal, odd signals, and the sense that something inside D6 has a memory of its own. By Chapter 8, that memory starts taking shape—through timestamps, fragments of language, and the way the environment seems to “respond” to whoever enters it.Riven, Calyx, and Idris each react differently, and those reactions will matter later.
