He hadn't cheated yet but the open flirting with the skinniest and easiest of the pack was harder for me to handle than anything he could do in private. The council preferred males at leaders, Trevor wouldn't give up his power without a fight, and everyone would say I needed a mate to lead. Too bad they didnt realize I already knew that and my plan would evolve to give me more than I needed or wanted. Too bad they were too blind to know how strong and petty women really are.
Revenge was best served cold but she was fine with it being hot and instant. It made it even better when the revenge involved a few strong men.
